Yeah, I just had to use it on a legacy project so I thought I might as well open this PR. I'm using my branch and it's working.

Hi Zavan,

Verified in node v14.16.1 and works fine.

required binary node for 14 is "windows/linux" is win32-x64-83_binding.node/linux-x64-72_binding.node
which is available under tag https://github.com/sass/node-sass/releases/tag/v4.14.1 and
https://github.com/sass/node-sass/releases/tag/v4.14.0.
but it is not available under tag https://github.com/sass/node-sass/releases/tag/v3.13.1

initially project wasn't compiled due to node-sass version issue.
and skipped by below command after getting the compilation error in local setup.
npm install --sass-binary-path=C:\Users\xxxxxxx\Downloads\win32-x64-83_binding.node
