Wrong import of sys/socket.h in windows #14

The lib is importing a linux library in windows, so it gives a C-level error:

C:\Users\Administrator\nimcache\test_r\@m..@s..@s..@s..@sUsers@sAdministrator@s.

/socket.h: No such file or directory
