Changed all apostrophes to straight apostrophes on posts and pages and when doing a search not all results are showing

Not all results are showing

Steps to reproduce

Search Cure Parkinson's in the Related Articles field and there's still one article not showing up (https://parkinsonseurope112.e.wpstage.net/2024/01/09/director-of-clinical-development-at-cure-parkinsons-awarded-mbe/), if useful)

(I will have share the login details as the staging site protected - how shall i do this? Thanks)
