Noticed that whenever trying to delete a user, munkiserver will present you with an errorpage:
Error
The unit you requested ("users") does not exist.
Logout (root)
Another thing that was pointed out to me (and this may be why this is happening) is that all the remove links go to:
https://(fqdn-omitted)/users
