"Import Available" link on packages view broken

When MS recognizes there is a new version of a package available for import from another unit, it displays an "Import Available" link in the last column for each package branch row.

This link is broken -- it produces the following error.

"The page you were looking for doesn't exist.

You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved."
