In description we read: "Simple, FTDI-chip based USB2DMX cables can be made working with this component through a UDP proxy implemented in C." How can I run this? I have a DMX USB dongle LIXADA and I'd like to add it to HA. I'm running HA OS. Thank you.

I have encountered the same issue (also running HA OS), and it isn't really within the realm/remit/goal of this integration to address the USB dongle issue.
More importantly, it doesn't appear possible to compile/execute from within the HA OS sandbox, the solutions that some have created (along lines of 'UDP proxy implemented in C'), so you're probably looking at a steep learning curve to get there.
I'm still just getting started with HA, HA OS, RPi, and rather than take this on just to use my cheap USB dongle, I've opted to just buy an arc-net--> DMX bridge. That one (linked) is about US$100, and supports 4 universes (2048 DMX channels), and will probably save me countless hours...
