BH kicks proportional to mass #40

Right now, the BH kicks are randomly drawn from a maxwellian.

There is no distinguishing the kick on a 5 Msun BH vs a 50 Msun BH.

Seems weird?

Maybe something more physical that scales with the neutron star kick based on mass?
