With the deprecation of mysql, we should instead provide mysqlnd

perhaps even with a deprecation warning

PR away - on debian (dotdeb) I actually think php5-mysql is php-mysqlnd

It doesn't seems they are the same. - On Ubunut there are different packages, too.

Deep merge php::extensions
