android adb启动失败问题 adb server is out of date. killing... ADB server didn't ACK * failed to start daemon *
错误如下--》
adb server is out of date.  killing...  
ADB server didn't ACK  
* failed to start daemon *
第一猜想，就是adb的端口号被占用了。
解决方法如下：
1.输入命令adb nodaemon server
挷定端口号，但失败

2.输入命令netstat -ano | findstr "5037" 
查看端口号被谁占用了

3.打开”任务管理器“，接下来一步步点击 进程-->查看-->选择列   
看到PID(进程标识符)把它前面的对号勾上。点击“确定”按钮返回“任务管理器”主界面
此时我们根据PID区查找之前的9056进程，点击右键然后“结束进程”就ok了，再启动adb。

当出现了:
The connection to adb is down, and a servere error has occured.
You must restart adb and Eclipse.
Please ensure that adb is correctly located at 'E:\android\android-sdk-newest\android-sdk-windows\platform-tools\adb.exe' ....
上面这样的错误时，解决步骤是：
1、关闭Eclipse; 
2、在任务管理器里，关闭adb.exe ,tadb.exe。
