xdm 都来看看,公司这奇葩操作: 目前开发的需求和正在测试的需求分支有冲突,由于测试的需求比较重要,所以分支一直能不能切到开发分支,导致正在开发的需求不能开发。 领导又不想延期,于是给的办法是:白天你们参与开发的回家休息,白天分支给测试用,晚上上晚班通宵开发,这样不就有分支了嘛。 哈哈哈哈,xdm ,mlgb

如题, 1.去年从 1 线逃去 2 线城市,初期面了几份工作但是觉得薪资水平未到拒绝了, 结果后面发现市面上就几家目标范围的公司都已经投过或面过了,再投也没有机会. 2.中间期待着金三银四也没有几家新公司,靠着失业金度日一年,失业金也快到了期限,不知道前方在哪 3.中间几度抑郁,整日躺在屋里睁眼闭眼一天就过去了,那些日子就整天打游戏,不知道想到过多少次来个意外就此结束算了 4.幸亏之前报了专升本的业余,周六周末的课一次未落,偶尔去图书馆慢慢的走了出来 5.现在面临着积蓄不足,失业金到期的困境,剩下的时间就剩 1,2 个月了,之前也想着找份工作,底薪也行,可是连机会都没有 6.总结起来就是,情绪低谷已经过去了,还是要面对生活,底层农村出来的,从来没有依靠过任何人,朋友都没有 7.走一步算一步吧,如果真的到了职业尾声,也许换个方式就是出路呢

面试官: 给一个 char 赋值 500 会不会报错
我的回答: 具体会不会报错取决于编译器实现,有可能会有警告
面试官: 肯定会报错,不信去试,因为 char 的取值范围是-127-128 (然后就被鄙视了按说不应该是 -128-127 么,我并没有反驳)
tcp 粘包问题,这个问题我都没听说过,算是我孤落寡闻吧,不过我搜了一下,这不是最基础的 tcp 通信原理问题么,定义好应用层的就没问题啊。
面试官:你们用什么 linux
我的回答:debian
面试官: 哦,我们不用那个,我们用 ubuntu (也不知道是我发音不准,面试官不知道这个,我作为一个 arch/debian 9 年用户 再一次被鄙视)
最后面试官说我是初级程序员水平,虽然可能我水平本身不是很高,但单凭这种问题就能判断么,我是不是可以怀疑面试官的水平了?

不知道大家如何看待我这种价值观
由于个人的经历以及了解了点西哲,坚定地相信不管是个体生命还是这个世界都是虚无的,没有任何价值,而身边大部分追求的努力工作,赚钱享受,婚姻美满都是不值得的,这样的价值观只是在自己的成长环境和消费主义的社会背景下被迫形成的。只有完全按照自己的自由意志和意愿生活才是值得过的人生,可以是不怎么赚钱的,孤独的,艰苦的生活方式,但一定要是自己真正想要的。不知道大家怎么看。

公司给了落户上海的名额,很纠结要不要落
在上海买房压力太大了,感觉三五年内不太可能买得起,即使以后上车了,也要背负巨额贷款,在叠加养娃开销,不敢想象,如果不买房,落户的意义在哪里,也不可能在这里打一辈子工,早晚要离开,老家小地方也没有互联网公司,工作也是个问题,真的是回不去的老家,留不下的大城市,生活也太难了哈哈。想来听听大家的看法,我参考一下,谢谢。另外我是农村户口,迁出来就不可能再迁回去了。

求助:女朋友在初创公司实习被压榨,考虑辞职但担忧就业难
背景:女朋友 23 届应届,在一家初创公司实习了 3 个月,正在打算跑路,负责跨境电商的商品翻译以及上架
感觉这家公司的管理方式极度不合理
不合理的地方:
1.公司存在超过半数的实习生,工资按天计算,一个月不到 3k ,工作时间从早上 9 点晚上 11 点(平均下班时间)
2.领导喜欢定不切实际的目标,比如在 6 月底完成 5 万个上新,平均分摊到每个人需要每周完成 250 个上新
3.潜规则是请假也必须在家完成完成每周的上新量,当然没有工资,除非请假一周才不会接到任务
4.如果有人辞职,就是 5 万个的剩余总量平均再分配,上新量每周都在上涨
5.程序员开发内部系统,没有测试人员,由运营反馈使用过程中的 Bug ,每天都有新 bug
6.开发已经跑的差不多了,接手的人不熟悉,上新系统不稳定
7.工作量已经超过一个人能完成的量了,需要我下班后每天花一两小时帮她一部分工作量,才能完成一周 5 天每天 50 个上新,其他人无法完成的都是放到周末加班做
8.刚进去的时候说转正可以给到 8k 的工资,已经实习满 3 个月了,现在告知需要实习生每个人开一个店,只有实现了店铺盈利才能转正
9.实习满三个月了,不给签三方,说三方是学校为了就业率催的,没有实际意义,要自己想办法解决;如果要签只能先转正;还说大环境不好,23 届现在出去了也找不到工作,想留人又不想给钱。
优点:
1.提供免费早餐
2.转正后可能有 8k ,超过同行的 5k 工资
3.提供免费水果以及每天晚上免费酸奶啥的
4.氛围好,同事之间关系融洽
如果跑路:
1.已经过了三四月份招聘季,找工作困难
2.如果不能转正,3k 廉价劳动力继续被压榨
目前的问题:
转正困难,出去找工作也困难,不辞职没时间跑面试
希望大伙给个看法

北漂 8 年,在普通同龄人中是啥水平?
北漂 8 年,今年 29 岁,公司只换过两家,都算是互联网大厂. 在老家和西安都买了房子,老家房子爸妈住,西安房子没装修一直空着. 卡里刚存够 100w ,年初刚结婚. 钱都是一分一分攒的,家里农村人对自己基本没帮助,高中大学同学基本都已经安定下来,孩子都能打酱油了,临近 30 比较焦虑,最近考虑结束北漂生活,回西安定居63 comments by wmaee at 14:10:04 in 职场话题

回了一趟乡下,十八线乡村,回去很不方便说实话,车技太差不敢上高速,回去的时候转了几趟车,高铁-大巴-面包车这样子。镇子上比以前干净些,但因为天气炎热还是有些许臭味,不知道从哪发出来的。一切都很熟悉、亲切,嗦了一碗粉,加了两个蛋。回到村里,净是些老人或者中年妇女带着娃,见了面打个招呼叫个叔伯婶啥的,大伙儿似乎也不关心你过得咋样,也就是偶尔问一下怎么没带老婆回来之类的,然后各忙各的了。田还是有人种的,不过已经被承包了,用机器搞。因为是放假的缘故,在家还是挺惬意的,每天也就是吹吹风、打打游戏这样子,空气是真的好,虫鸣鸟叫的。去见了一下老同学,基本都结婚了,跟他们也没啥话题,打个招呼就撤了,不过有一个死党还不错,跟他逛了逛,熟悉了一下县城的变化。
回去两三天还行,久了也觉得没啥意思,容易与社会脱节咯。
