helpdesk-sender-email with ##user-name##

Can the helpdesk-sender-email be populated with something like:

##user-name##<[email protected]> 
or 
##user-name##[domain support]<[email protected]> 

so that the current user is shown in the E-Mail from Text description (don't know if that is the correct term). But in essence the part that shows up in the mailclient as the persons name. If it is not implemented yet and it is deemed doable I would try to modify the code and send a PR.
