Factor in apt-rdepends results for package:

$ apt-rdepends --reverse netpbm | grep -v Reverse | wc -l
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
44

Bug in vulture shows 836867 installs: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/netpbm-free/+bug/914196 , but there are 44 packages that depend on netpbm and make be affected by this bug
