Where is CHANGELOG?

This repository does not have CHANGELOG,
so it is not possibly to quick answer some questions like #65

I suggest to add section in README, so it is immediately visible on https://plugins.jenkins.io/build-name-setter/

Was asking me the same today. I would suggest to move to CD and GitHub releases like many plugin.

It would also tool like renovate display the changes when updating plugins (like bellow)

Having no releases notes doesn't give a lot of confidence when updating plugin (we need to dig into commits).
