SYMPTOMS
========
The following error message may appear after you enter logon information (Name
and Password):
Mailbox Name or Password is Incorrect.
CAUSE
=====
If the user name entered into the dialog box is spelled incorrectly or the
password is incorrect, you will get the above error message.
Additionally, if the Mail client is connected to the incorrect postoffice (a
postoffice other than the one on which the account was created), you will get
the above error message.
RESOLUTION
==========
Verify that your user name and password are correct. Also verify that you are
connecting to the correct postoffice.

postoffice.

MORE INFORMATION
================
When you log into Mail, the user name and password are verified by the Mail for
PC Networks postoffice. Verification occurs regardless of the storage location
of the mail message file (MMF).
