Problem

I have timeline based Gifs running. I want to update my timeline scrubber halfway through, which should update Gif frame position.
how to calcualte Gif original duration and update the duration when time updates and upate gif frame position?

Should update gif frame position, based on time duration

Alternatives

Well, the other libraries like @remotion/gif is doing timeline based updates. need to find a way how they doing it.
