Assertion failure in httpServerFinish: pipelined >= 1

This issue is reproduceable on delicaclub.ru/forum (in random places).
Reproduces only on mipsel build, couldn't catch on x86-64.

No, that's a gdb artifact -- Polipo is ignoring SIGPIPE, and SIGPIPE is a normal part of Polipo's behaviour.
