Problem w/ Items Not Showing

Hi sorry to bother you but I have an issue I was hoping you might have an answer for. LOVE the map and used it for weeks to great success and no problems, but for some reason the last 3 days or so I have been having a lot of items not be there. I know its something on my end but can't figure out what it is. It's not because I have too many of one item, that can be ruled out. Also, I'm keeping the map updated. Hoping you might have a suggestion on something I could try, thank you.

It is common game bug, people very often report it. First you have to try change the session from menu. If session change will not help restart your game.
If it is still wrong you can clear the game cache files. Go to this location in Windows file explorer %localAppData%\Temp delete all .dat files.
If you play on the console turn it off permanently, unplug power cable for around 30 seconds - that will clear the cache.
That should fix it

Thanks a LOT, really appreciate the help. So I wanted to donate money but the only option is Paypal and I refuse to use them since they screwed me out of $300.
