* Some code cleanup, rootdelay now do not call get_opt at all.
* rescueshell and rootdelay boot options now works as expected.
* musthave() function wrap around use() to easly ensure that needed variables are set.
* Re-implemented mdev support, new kernel boot option 'mdev' to force mdev+tmpfs instead of devtmpfs even if available.
* use() now can execute command.
