Release 0.1.0

This is the first release for the puppet-awscli Puppet module.

• installs awscli (and python dependencies if necessary)
• TravisCI tests setup and passing
• Vagrantfile defaults to Ubuntu and works

The module works as is with Debian/Ubuntu right now.
