Get gatherer up and running

Running python gatherer.py manually and getting some results on a console is great, but not useful.

Version 0.1

• Gatherer runs 1-3x a day every day.
• Either on AWS, or Google. Spot instances, not on-demand.
• If monthly costs are >$100, script doesn't auto-run.
• Weather data is cached for 24 hours, per city-day level.
• Flight data is cached for 12 hours, origin-destination list level, not flight by flight.
• Only searches optimal routes, not weird 2 day flights like Sunday to Tuesday.

Talking to Alex, he says flights Friday to Monday are ideal. Out Friday morning, back Monday night. Obviously other days are okay, but we should be aiming for those. And alerting for 2-3 diff return options and prices, if they exist.
