This happend because the custom kotlin rules used that repository name and the key is used to identify the repository. It should currently be the same key, otherwise the rules don't get used. The name taken seems to depend on class loading time or so, can end up being either of them (from this plugin or from the custom plugin.)
Better would be to facilitate different repositories, with different keys, being included in the ruleset to scan with.
