Where to get the annotation file?

That file is part of Flickr30k dataset, which you need some authorization process to get.

Hi, Have you evaluate the result use the BLEU score ?
Can you get the score close to the article ?

Sorry I haven't. The purpose of implementing this was merely practicing Tensorflow so I did not derive any quantitative measures.

The score must be far different from that of the paper, since I didn't do any parameter tunings. Also the authors used Googlenet as image encoder, while I used VGG. This may also affect the performance.
