There is no file inside the export folder.

I used the 'highest' quality option. With 1080p, 720p ... it worked fine.

Weird... I don't know why it isn't working. The only thing I see is that you are using a much newer version of mkvmerge than I am.

this issue is old
but maybe the problem was in writing the subtitle output
or the full path of the output file was too long like issue #1
so can you please post img of the bat file here so we can help you
