Feature request: download rules: enable/disable auto-start download

just downloaded and started using powderplayer web v0.9.0, it works like a charm on my dell laptop;

although powder can recognize if a magnet link is a single video or playlist, it will be even more convenient if there's an option to disable auto-start download the entire playlist, because i only want to play some specific videos at a time and it would be great if i can later initiate download manually instead of pausing them right after added them to download list; there's an auto-download option for subtitles though so it's reasonable to have a similar one for download rules
