commercial skip when cutlist is present vs commflag

when i have a show that i have edited to correct the cuts from automatic mythcommflag the addon reduces the time of show, but it is always incorrect and the marks are completely wrong and with skips enabled cannot watch show, it is totally incorrect. to watch must disable skips. all works correct when using just the commflag skips without any editing after.

to replicate record show with commflag on and go back and make edit(s), then open in kodi with addon enabling commercial skip.
