[BUG] Camera Zone(s) restrictions do not work when you have more than one zone defined

Describe the bug
Online documentation specifies that you can limit DT to listen to only specific cameras or zones. Which works if you configure it with a single zone. However, if you have more than one zone defined the entire camera is ignored.

v1.13.1-8e2728d

Expected behavior
Should be able to configure multiple zones on a single camera.
