Idea from a friend on discord -- roll for drinks? and what adventures you were on while you were out?

Cmd: !shenanigans
Output:

found a cash of gold and spent it on more drinks!
found a kobold. Take good care of it!
robbed a dragon, don't go outside for 30 years

This is dungeonary, and could be useful for DMs in certain niche situations
