Problem Description

Upon loading all comments, the page doesn't "bottom out" at the footer. You can scroll to the end of the comments, then blow past the comments and footer to a chunk of white space.

Reproduction Steps

Expected Behavior

The footer is the last thing visible on the page in all cases.

Unable to replicate on Chrome 89.0.4389.114 at 1829 x 1000, will need to test on other browsers and resolutions to see what's up.
