sendDeviceEventWithName:body is deprecated #43

When building the project in Xcode, I get this deprecation message ~18 times. Everything still works, so not a severe problem yet.

RNBLE: 1.0.8
Xcode: 8.3
Base SDK: IOS 10.3
React-Native: 0.42.3
React: 15.4.2
