LFS Data Quota?

Hi there,

I'm trying to download the 2021 voting district shapefile and running into the following error:

'batch response: This repository is over its data quota. Account responsible for LFS bandwidth should purchase more data pack
s to restore access.'

I can't seem to bypass this myself (as the LFS bandwidth quota is controlled by the original repo owner -- you). Am I missing something here? Would it be possible to share the data with me in another way?

I had the same problem as you, and was able to solve it by forking the repository and archiving it, as explained here: https://stackoverflow.com/a/68113604
@j-norwood-young From what I understand, each repo owner has a 1 GB git lfs bandwith quota, which is not enough for a single download as all files combined weight around 1.3 GB. So maybe moving away from git lfs would be a good idea to allow people to download the data more easily. Thanks for your work anyway, it's very useful!
