Bug description

The example case on this website suggests that our Kindergeld calculation is wrong.

They have an example case of a divorced parent who does not claim Kindergeld for the child, but does claim Kindergeld for their children in another relationship. The Kindergeld for the additional children is not affected by the fact that the parent does not claim Kindergeld for the first child because of "Zählkinder" in the Kindergeld calculation.
