Too many options, simplify to just the OIDC connect and IVOA SSO for now.

Related to this, implicit grant/flow is going away in OAuth 2.1. My feeling is specify authentication and authorization is done as per the new SSO standard (which uses the standard HTTP headers rather than the various options in the capabilities endpoint), and leave it at that (then stuff like BasicAuth doesn't need any more words around it, and OAuth 2.x is sorted in a sensible way).
