"list instances" doesn't return a "mi-" instances #31

Basically it returns the list of ec2 instances only. But you can run ssm agent on onprem(ManagedInstance) too.

+1 does not return the "mi" ManagedInstance instances when you list them
./ssm-sh-linux-amd64 --profile=ec2 -r us-east-1 ls instances

you can still run shell/command on them
./ssm-sh-linux-amd64 --profile=ec2 -r us-east-1 shell -t mi-
