Translate openITCOCKPIT into Spain language

Thank you, @ibering, for opening this as a separate issue. I will start with the Spanish translation, as it is likely in higher demand.

@ibering I've been going over these and just realized that there is a looot to translate. As it has the 'Hacktoberfest' label I was hoping that this could count towards my current Hacktoberfest contribution. Even if I finish the default.po by tomorrow which would be a stretch, it would take you probably some time to review. Is it okay if I submit the cake.po and cake_dev.po for now, so at least it can count towards the 2023 Hacktoberfest, and I will carry on with the rest after that?

@chriscarnold You don't have to translate everything. Feel free to submit as far as you have come / you feel like it. Would be good if you create your pull request so we can mark it with hacktoberfest.

Awesome! I will do that and submit the PR soon. Regardless of Hacktoberfest, I would still like to contribute more :)
