Is there a way to make the drag function on mobile to start when the item is held for some time?

Right now, its hard to scroll on the page when the table is draggable right away. Instead of scrolling, it drags the table row when the table is inside the viewport.

I have the same problem. It causes users who actually want to scroll on the smartphone to move table rows unintentionally.
