Display a 'Not Found' message rather than blank profile #2

It should probably display some sort of "Identity not found" message rather than an empty profile for queries such as:

http://identi.fi/id/not-a-real-type/not-a-real-value

On the other hand, it's useful if you can link to an identity that has no records yet.
