App is difficult to use for people who have sight issues

I have poor eye vision, so I need to make fonts large.
I manage to have most phone apps I use look ok, but irccloud looks terrible.
Why can't I read text on the entire screen but instead only on half of the screen?

Please fix... and show me the text on the entire screen area.
