I just started on an RPI with Dietpi (https://dietpi.com/) based on debian.

0|index | Failed to open client because of error: LibraryError("libjack.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory")
0|index | Failed to open client because of error: LibraryError("libjack.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory")

Then I installed jack2d apt install jackd2 with realtime privileges. Now I'm getting:

0|index | Failed to open client because of error: ClientError(FAILURE | SERVER_FAILED)
0|index | Failed to open client because of error: ClientError(FAILURE | SERVER_FAILED)

(even though it seems the sound is playing) !

@b-ma @orottier Can you provide some usage examples on such an environment

Whow sorry for the (very very late) reply, I just missed your message... and thanks for the report

Not sure I understand the problem well and probably a bit late for you to remember... hopefully this issue will vanish as pipewire slowly becomes the de facto standard but nice to have feedback to try to offer better support on Linux

Totally forgot about it ahah.

Thanks for late reply.

Can't wait to migrate my whole library using hacky puppeteer to control sound to your lib :)
