How to fix the problem that the device stays in the "Please wait for REG to complete" state during the device registration

  1. Pebble Tracker turns on and goes to the 'Pebble About' menu. How to access the About Pebble menu, please refer here

  2. Download 'repiar_key' firmware here

  3. Download the "repair_key" firmware to the Pebble Tracker via the "PebbleUSBTool" tool

  4. Wait until 'Completed' is displayed on the Pebble Tracker screen to indicate a successful repair.

  5. Click "Get Pebble Pubkey" button to read IMEI, SN and PUBKEY. Then feedback the read information to our engineer

  6. After adding this information to the portal, the device is ready for registration
