Pyoos collector needs to be defined during initialization for SOS endpoint #94

At present users need to know what collector they want to use and define it, and apply the url to the collector. Ideally this might be automatic, so pyoos selects the required collector for a given SOS point

Good idea! Someone will be able to always use the Sos(url) collector and we can figure it out internally. Can you add it to the Pyoos issues?
