What is being requested?

Develop a processing pipeline to create analytical data products from OTN data and metadata.

This includes:

• Summarized detections: detection locations would be demarcated using a bounding box (when available) which would be developed using a custom service (since data are not available via GeoServer)
• Analysis range/count: create species distributions and ranges using GeoJSON service for display of available data
• Deployment and receiver locations: a subset of tag deployment location displayed as multi overlapping polygons with the receiver locations shown (when available)

We need more clarity on who is requesting this. I don't think the marine life team are the appropriate folks to deem this a need. Where did this request originally come from?

Again, this is old, outdating tasking. I'd remove. This is a legacy task that was carried over from old ATN workplans/SOW. Until we can develop an updated plan to handle acoustic data, I'd depreciate this task. Task should have been removed back in Nov/Dec 2023. The landscape around all of this acoustic tasking has completely changed.
