Documentation requested: consolidated list of common Forcing data for all sandbox users

Derrick would like a list of all data needed by prospective users so let's use this issue to create that list.

LiveOcean:
All data available on UW apogee server, accessed with a user account Patrick helped me get set up.

ECCOFS:

SECOFS:

• GRTOFS Sea Surface Height as boundary and forcing but want to transition to satellite altimetry except SECOFS might be too small of a model to use the altimetry data
• HERR
• NOAA data tank has all data he needs

Input/output requirements for each day

• the output size is 3-4GB
• use 1000-2000 CPU’s
• runtime: completes in about 9 minutes
• about 1 million nodes
• multiple vertical levels with up to 1m resolution
