New Hexen maps get empty BEHAVIOR lumps which crash vanilla Hexen

Eureka just makes a blank BEHAVIOR lump when starting a new Hexen map, which unfortunately will crash vanilla or Chocolate Hexen.

When compiling (with Hexen bytecode) something which only has this:

#include "zcommon.acs"

the result looks like this (in hex)

41 43 53 00 08 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

Maybe a quick solution is to pre-place this instead of an empty lump.
