"Combine flats and textures into a single browser" preference is nonsense if ports don't support it

There's a preference option to combine flats and textures into a single browser, but it's detrimental when mapping for vanilla and any ports which don't allow sectors and walls to use the whole texture set, and it shouldn't be available then. It can cause confusion.
