This is only a minor problem, but after reboots (of iobroker) serial adapters might get different /dev/ttyUSBxxx name.
With several USB serial adapters (like ems-esp adapter, smartmeter adapter, ...) the order of /dev/ttyUSB0 ... /dev/ttyUSB1
is unclear. The underlying linux system has /dev/serial/by-id as remedy for this problem.
The adapter "smartmeter" uses this:
which leaves no question open.
Playing around with udev-rules might help, but is non standard with the iobroker image distributions and I dont know if it survives updates/upgrades.
just my idea ... after problems with restarts after short power outage and I was on holidays ... :-)
