Create zip files of a folder that contains regripper files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. unzip the current zip files

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Many (most) packages that come in zip files are created so that the files unzip 
into a named folder. For example, rrv2.8.zip would unzip everything into a 
folder named regripper-v2.8.

The way things are set up currently, the user needs to create the folder, move 
the zip file, and then unzip it. Not a huge problem, but for the uninitiated, 
there is a bit of cleanup to be done when everything unzips to the current 
folder.
