What happened

On the canvas, when a global reference image layer is selected, the cursor disappears when the brush, eraser or color picker tool is active. The rectangle tool shows its usual cross cursor but does nothing. The view and Bbox tools show their usual cursors and can be used as expected. The move tool shows a "forbidden" icon (red strike-through circle) and does nothing.

What you expected to happen

All tools that can't be used, i.e. brush, eraser, rectangle, move and color picker, should show the "forbidden" icon.

How to reproduce the problem

  • Create a global reference image layer
  • Select the brush, eraser, rectangle or color picker tool
  • Move the mouse over the canvas

Additional context

I remember being unable to find my cursor in earlier versions as well but I can't confirm whether that was due to this exact issue.
