deposit: jump to top on error not working #558

Package version (if known): v0.19.15

Describe the bug

When there is an error in the deposit form the page should jump to the top on save so that the user is aware that there were errors during the save.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to 'New upload'
  2. Scroll down to the bottom.
  3. Click "Save draft"
  4. See no jump to the top

Expected behavior

If there are errors when saving the deposit form it should jump to the top.
