Currently the custom scheduler has to be run manually:

celery -A invenio_app.celery beat -l ERROR --scheduler invenio_jobs.services.scheduler:RunScheduler -s /var/run/celery-schedule --pidfile /var/run/celerybeat.pid

When the feature is officially released, the custom scheduler should run automatically in RDM.

Example:

I install RDM locally, the custom scheduler must run in parallel to the beat scheduler
