User story

As an NLDI Admin, I want to support Starlette-ASGI so that the NLDI server is able to field an expensive query without locking down one of the webserver workers

Acceptance criteria

  • ASGI implementation of NLDI routes

Definition of done

  • unit/functional tests added/updated
  • documentation updated
